Booking Policy

Charging Policy:

 In order for a reservation to be complete an amount of no less than 30% of the total sum must be paid in advance. Payments can be made by bank transfer or credit card.

Information and policies

  • All prices are in EUR / room / night and include all taxes
  • Payoff the last day
  • Credit cards accepted (visa-master card).
  • Extra person in a room over three years is charged 10% of room rate per day.
  • Check-in from 14.00 pm and check-out until 12.00 noon the latest.
  • Room cleaning: Rooms are cleaned every day between 9:00 and 13:30. In order to help preserve the environment by saving water and energy you can inform us of the frequency you would like for us to change your towels. You can choose to change them every 2 or 3 days or at your request. Bed linen is changed every 3 nights.
  • Smoking is not allowed in all rooms and indoor facilities.
  • Pets are not allowed in all rooms and hotel facilities.

 

Cancellation Policy:

If the cancellation takes place:

Up to 21 days before the arrival date the prepaid amount is refunded.
7 to 20 days before the arrival date the prepaid amount is retained.
1 to 6 days before the arrival date, the 50% of the total cost of the stay is charged.
In case that the client does not show up or departs before the scheduled date, he is charged with the total cost of the stay.
